The products are provided at the prices valid at the moment of the order. The valid prices of the products are those indicated in EURO on the site at the time of the order.
The prices on our website are inclusive or exclusive VAT according to the client typology chosen during registration. Net prices are shown for better comprehension to our professional clients and clients that reside outside EU. For all other clients prices are shown including Italian VAT.
Valid prices are shown on the invoice that follows the order. All prices in our print catalogue and in our online store are indicative and not binding. All prices and availability of products can be subject to changes without advance notice.
ORDERING ON THE WEBSITE
After you create an account you can easily shop the products you are interested in by clicking on the items and adding it in your shopping basket.
You can either continue shopping, adding more than one item at any time. Once you are ready to place your order, click on the “cart” then go to “checkout”.
For orders placed via our web shop you as a customer agree by clicking the button “confirm order” bindingly towards us to be willing to buy the articles in the shopping cart. You will recognise any type errors you make on the concluding confirmation before checkout and will be able to correct the errors at any time with the aid of the delete or change function before sending the order.
You will select your preferred payment method and once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming receipt and your order number.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We generally process orders within 1-2 working days. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about the status of your order.
If the order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a refund or store credit once the product has been returned in the original packaging.
All payments have to be made in advance.
Payments by credit card of the VISA and Mastercard circuits are accepted through payment with Paypal as well as payments by bank transfer.
Orders paid by credit card will be processed immediately, orders paid by bank transfer will be processed after payment confirmation.
Security is a priority for us; all the transactions take place on a secure payment platform designed by our banking partners who are specialists in online payment security.
If you are a European client please specify if you have a VAT number or not. If you have a European VAT number and you don’t reside in Italy you don’t have to pay the Italian VAT. If you don’t have a European VAT number or if you don’t indicate it in your registration details we are legally obliged to apply Italian VAT. This is only valid for European clients. Any exportation outside the European Union is not subject to Italian VAT.

To offer you a pleased shopping experience shall be always the commitment of Grandi Liutai Italiani. For every product, We offer warranty for replacement or refund, covering defects both in material and manufacturing technique from the date when the product is delivered on your hands.
PROCESSING A RETURN
Should your purchase is found to be defective in manufacturing technique, or inconsistent with your expectations (including incorrect shipment and incorrect placement of orders), you could make a claim for return or exchange of the product.
Return or exchange would not be guaranteed if the claim is submitted later than 30 days after receipt of the products.

After we will receive the returned items and checked everything has not been damaged due to use we will process the refund.
